All questions regarding the medical device conformity assessment procedures and relevant requirements, contract terms and conditions, or other related matters should be directed to the CMI Medical Contract Administration and Support Department, which is responsible for all communications between applicants and CMI. Its staff will contact you as soon as possible after receiving the message, taking into account their current workload.
After the designation of the CMI as a notified body, the MEDECA software portal will be prepared for manufacturers to guide you through the conformity assessment process for your medical device and also serve for further communication with the CMI (access to the portal will be available from this website).
According to the legislation, CMI may not provide consultancy services to conformity assessment applicants. Therefore, such questions cannot be answered.
